How do you adapt to customer needs?
Anticipating customers' needs and wants allows us to be proactive problem solvers with the technical expertise and thorough product knowledge to handle all issues. If we don’t have an answer we find it and get back to the customer in a timely manner.
How important are communication skills for CS professionals?
Clear communication is vital to a successful customer service call. We strive to go above and beyond with each customer and customer service request. We listen carefully, ask and answer questions to allow customers to help themselves. It’s important to make each contact personal by making a connection with each customer so they feel valued and appreciated.
