Aware Technology™ improves your situational awareness and safety by:
1. Amplifying the sounds around you that you want to hear.
2. Blocking the noises around you that you don’t want to hear.
Aware Technology™ uses microphones to pick up outside sounds and amplify them through your hearing protector, similar to a hearing aid or enhancer. With noises above 85 dB, like a hammer hitting a nail or table saw slicing plywood, Aware™ will limit the sound to a lower frequency in your PRO Aware earbuds. Between increasing those low-volume noises and limiting those high-volume noises, PRO Aware enables you to maintain situational awareness.
