Warehouse Specialist: At Haven Technologies, our customers are #1. A critical step in delighting the customer is delivering the product safely and accurately to them. This role processes orders, handles all aspects of fulfillment, and shipping; all important elements of customer service excellence. Warehouse organization and inventory management (the receiving of goods,

stock keeping, and customer returns) are also important functions. This role would require the candidate to be in the
office (Carmel, IN) every day, Monday through Friday.

Direct to Consumer Business Manager (North America): The D2C Business Manager is the leader of the company’s direct-to-consumer sales team and is responsible for driving growth on the company’s websites in cooperation with the marketing team and various agencies, partners, and consultants as needed.  In addition to a sales quota and being charged with top-line growth for ISOtunes.com and ISOtunes.ca, the D2C Business Manager is also responsible for the bottom-line profitability of their business unit. This role has the potential to expand scope to include oversight of Ecommerce Marketplaces (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, Ebay) depending on the experience level of the candidate.
