• New products* come with a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in material and workmanship
• Certified Refurbished purchases are non-refundable and come with a 90-day warranty
• Replacement product warranty is based on the purchase date of the original unit(s)

For customers who experience a defective product after 30 days and within 12 months of their original purchase date, we will troubleshoot any product concerns. If unable to resolve through troubleshooting, we will process a suitable replacement resolution.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic damage, or loss.
