HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: All ISOtunes products ordered directly through our website between 11/1/24 - 12/31/24 are eligible for an extended money-back-guarantee through 1/31/25. If for any reason you're unhappy with your product and want to return it for a refund*, please contact us before January 31, 2025.

We will cover return shipping in cases where defective, damaged or incorrect products are received. We do not cover return shipping in cases where customers decide the product doesn't suit their needs.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items: Certified Refurbished products, Apparel, Merchandise, or Opened Eartips / Ear Cushions.

Warranty

  • New products** come with a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in material and workmanship
  • Certified Refurbished purchases are non-refundable and come with a 90-day warranty
  • Replacement product warranty is based on the purchase date of the original unit(s)

For customers who experience a defective product after 30 days and within 12 months of their original purchase date, we will troubleshoot any product concerns. If unable to resolve through troubleshooting, we will process a suitable replacement resolution.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic damage, or loss.

Extended Warranty

    The Extended Warranty provides (1) additional year of protection against defects in material and workmanship for a total of 2 years after the original date of purchase.

    Program Terms:

  • Extended Warranty can only be purchased with new ISOtunes purchases*** and must be purchased at the time of sale
  • Extended Warranty is only available through ISOtunes.com
  • An Extended Warranty must be purchased for each eligible individual product
  • Not all products are eligible for the extended warranty
  • The Extended Warranty does not cover product repairs, only product replacements
  • Replacement product warranty is based on the purchase date of the original unit(s)
  • Extended Warranty may be canceled for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that no claims have been submitted during this period

*Only items that have been purchased directly from ISOtunes.com can be returned to us for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete with all packaging and components. ISOtunes products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies

**ISOtunes Wired (IT-04) and Wired Listen Only (IT-10) come with a 3-month limited warranty

***Refurbished products are not eligible for the extended warranty policy
