What's the difference between noise-cancelling and noise-isolating?

AIR DEFENDER is a noise-isolating ear protector, so it blocks noise with a physical barrier (earmuff) while wearing the product. Alternatively, noise-cancelling products produce an inverse sound wave to reduce noise while the product is turned on.

Do I have to use the aux cord?

No, the aux cord is an optional accessory that can be used to connect to your device if you do not want to connect wirelessly via Bluetooth.

Can I use these at work?

AIR DEFENDER is an OSHA compliant hearing protector with an ANSI-Certified NRR of 24 dB and they are Bluetooth enabled for phone calls and radio communication. Please abide by the rules established by your place of employment.
