TSC is a level-dependent technology that uses omni-directional microphones to allow safe sounds to actively pass through the product while blocking harmful gunshot noise. TSC volume can be turned up, down, or off from the touch sensor earbuds.
You can use both Bluetooth and TSC at the same time. Heat activated polyurethane foam ear tips block 25 dB of noise so your hearing is always protected, even if you are not connected to Bluetooth.
The ISOtunes Sport CALIBER BT earbuds should fit flush with your ears allowing you to wear earmuffs over them comfortably.
The eartips that come with ISOtunes earbuds have been tested for a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR). The CALIBER BT has a NRR of 25 dB while using the foam or the silicone triple flange eartips that come with the product.
TSC volume for the CALIBER BT comes through both earbuds. When using TSC, the headphones are designed with separate left and right microphone channels to the corresponding ear to give you spatial and directional awareness.
