We will respond to emails, voicemails, and return requests within 1-2 business day. Once return approval is confirmed, we will provide you with the required steps to complete your return.
We guarantee every item purchased from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete with all packaging and components. See contact information above for returns, refunds, and exchanges. (Note: Apparel & Merch items are not eligible for return.)
Only items that have been purchased directly from ISOtunes.com can be returned to ISOtunes. ISOtunes products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
1-Year Warranty* and Defective Product Exchanges
All ISOtunes® product come with a 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage by misuse, abuse or unauthorized modifications. We will provide a free exchange for customers who experience defective products within 12 months of purchase.
