Bad sound, volume too low
The sound quality isn't good. Lots of distortion and sounds tinny. For such expensive earbuds, it should be better. A sport hook option would be better for active people. These literally need to be shoved deep into the ear, not pleasant. Why is the volume on listen only only 82db, when on the other Free 2.0 it's 85db? They should all be 85db, the 82db is far too quite for loud work environments, which is kinda the point of hearing protection ya? You might as well use plain earplugs that don't cost a fortune if you can't even hear your music or audiobook. These need a lot of work. The only good thing is once they're in, they are reasonably comfortable. Otherwise, fox all the other issues. One good quality out of the5 that matter is pretty terrible.
