Great!
I have the Free and the Free aware. The free aware fit in my ear much better. I enjoy the aware feature as I don’t have to take them out to talk to my kids or hear a door opening or closing. The only issue I have had is some inconsistent charging, the case will be full charged but one of the ear pieces won’t charge while in the case. After some movement of the ear piece and adjusting it will get a charge but it’s hasn’t been as simple as drop in and go. But I believe that is user error as I have not looked into it much. Really enjoying these, range and connection along with sound quality are great!

Excellent design
I love the design of these ear buds. I’m usually someone who likes the ones that wrap around the ear but these do very well. The aware technology is awesome to cancel out noise and be able to adjust to hear others. That’s a game changer! The only concern is if I wear them for more than an hour or two at a time the inside of my ear starts to hurt. I may have a small ear canal or it may take time to adjust but other than that they are a must have!

Lost in the snow for over a month
I live in Alaska. These buds were dropped out of my pocket, plowed into a berm, and found when the snow melted. The buds had charge, all functions worked, and the only issue was that the ear foams were waterlogged. Well worth the investment. I work at one of the busiest airports in the world and these are a godsend every single day. The sound quality is great for music. The only complaint is taking calls can be challenging in a loud environment. Do not short yourself, buy an earbud that will protect you even if it gets buried in the snow and lost for over a month.

So far so good . I use these daily at work for 10 to 12 hours a day and so far the only issue ive found is high pitched noises make a weird noise but definitely not a deal breaker for me
