      Ok

Sometimes they crackle as if it’s loosing connection even when phone is in pocket. And the slightest of knock or tug on the wire can make them fall out

      A little flimsy

The wire around the ear came loose from the ear bud immediately, and the USB port cover has nearly broken after less than 1 month of use. Otherwise they do work as a pair of headphones.

      Brilliant!

Easy to fit, comfortable, great connectivity, really good sound both with music and phone calls. Battery lasts all day and I can barely hear the machines in my workshop! What more can you need?

I have had these for a while now, and they have been OK at best. They do a good job of isolating sound--I have no way to measure the actual decibel reduction, but the sound of my power tools is greatly reduced when I wear these. The sound quality is decent--for anyone complaining you are buying speakers small enough to fit in your ear, not a set of speakers that cost several $1000 and range from 20" diameter to 1" diameter--exactly as I expected from an earbud. I have made and received several phone calls with these, and have no complaints about hearing or being heard. Now to the bad: The volume control is very coarse: you go from 0 sound to very loud in 1 click, to the extent you really don't want them in if you are not running tools or power equipment. The connection to the phone resets itself frequently. I have had it reset multiple times in a 10-mintue span. Sometimes the music starts on its own again, and sometimes I have to manually restart it on my phone. This is very annoying to say the least. The rubber material over the buttons is barely raised above the surrounding material, making it challenging to feel the buttons to change volume or song, etc. Lastly (this one is not specific to the Pro 1.0 earbuds) the wires that go over the ears either affect how your glasses (regular or safety) sit by your ears, or the bows on your glasses affect how the wires sit. Also the wires do not hold their shape. After wearing them for even a relatively short time (60 minutes or so) I have to reshape the wire to the back of my ear. All in all, these are OK, but instead of spending your money on these, go for the Extra 2.0 or Free instead.

      Good quality headphones

Bought these on recommendation from Crimson Guitars. Great quality product, does exactly what I wanted. I hope to buy more products from ISO tunes in the future.
