Aware Technology™ improves your situational awareness and safety by:
1. Amplifying the sounds around you that you want to hear.
2. Blocking the noises around you that you don’t want to hear.
Aware Technology™ uses microphones to pick up outside sounds and amplify them through your hearing protector, similar to a hearing aid or enhancer. For impact noises, like a hammer hitting a nail, FREE Aware is going to take the loud sound and limit the volume through your earbud. FREE Aware will shut off long-term or constant state noise completely. After the environment returns to a safe listening level, Aware Technology™ will turn back on and continue amplifying the sounds around you.
